1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of DNA testing, all sales are final. However, refunds may be considered under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

• At-Home DNA Test Kits:

  • A full refund is available if the order is canceled before the kit has shipped.

  • If the kit has already shipped, refunds are not available. However, customers may return an unused and unopened kit within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund (minus shipping and handling fees).

  • Used or opened kits are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

• In-Person & Legal DNA Testing Services:

  • If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • No refunds will be issued after sample collection has been completed.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@kazmogenetics.com with the order number and reason for the request.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Test results are already processed and delivered.

• Failure to provide required documents for testing.

• Missed or late appointments without prior cancellation.

• DNA test kits returned in a used or damaged condition.

• Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Customers may reschedule their DNA test appointment once without any additional fee, provided they notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Additional rescheduling may be subject to a rebooking fee.
